Yup, this is the best build for a KW Paladin. I like the Death Godlike race ironically but Human isn't bad. In fact, you have the option to go full stupid with a KW and pump those other stats like res and con. Pally has some good options for Int dump builds and can allow you to be more aggressive both with play style and talents.
