I bought a 1980's Yamaha Moto-4 80cc 4wheeler not running, as is, for $200. I replaced the fuel lines, made a new gasket for the tank to petcock valve, added a fuel filter, cleaned the carburator, changed oil with lucas wet clutch oil, replaced the battery, greased all zerks, polished and waxed. This little thing is awesome!! Make sure your at top dead center on the intake stroke with the piston. There should be a mark on the flywheel to line up as well. Take the timing chain adjuster and loosen it so your timing chain jumps teeth on the cams. Then roll your cams to spec.
